JANUARY / FEBRUARY 2014

Welcome to the RunGeorgia.com Newsletter

Getting back into the swing of things.

The holidays are over and we are all back to our normal schedules now. The weather has been more frigid the usual so those outside runs have been a bit more challenging. A few tips to remember:
- use layers during cold temperatures.
- even though you aren't sweating like you do in the summer you still need to hydrate like it is summer.
- spend a little more time on your warm up and your cool down to help prevent injuries.

Be safe, enjoy your run, and keep moving forward.
