Name: Merrill King’s Fit 4 Fall!
Distance: 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
Date: Saturday, August 14th, 2010
Location: Roswell, Ga. Race will start and finish at Roswell High School
(11595 King Road, Roswell, GA 30075).

This event is to remember Merrill King who lost her battle to cancer February 22, 2010, a few days shy of her 16th birthday. Merrill was diagnosed April 15th, 2004 with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. She underwent several rounds of chemo, a bone marrow transplant, and many days in the hospital to rid her of her leukemia. However, in 2008 Merrill relapsed and complications from her disease took her life. We hope to honor and remember the short but amazing life of Merrill King.

Schedule
Saturday, August 14th
6:30 - 7:30 a.m. - Race Day Registration and Packet pick up
8:15 a.m. - 5K Run/Walk (walkers and dogs on leash are all welcome)

Registration/Entry Fees
- $20 until August 12th, $25 after August 12th and on Race day

- Printable mail-in applicaiton - postmarked by August 9.

THE COURSE: Flat to very slight rolling hills. Scenic route through the surrounding streets and neighborhoods. Course map.
PARKING: Parking for the 5K race is available at Roswell High School
