Awards and Extras
All participants will receive a colorful long-sleeved official race T-Shirt and a “goodie bag.” Refreshments will be provided.
Awards in 5K to O/A Male and Female, O/A Male Female Master, and top 3 in 14 age groups
Awards will also be given to the High School, Middle (M/F) 10 & under, and top 3 in 14 age groups School & Elementary school with the most participants (M/F) 10 & under to 70 & over in 5-year increments.
Course
The Race course will begin on the Square and proceed along Cherokee St. until it reaches Kennestone Hospital, where runners will Turn on to Church St. and return to the Square. This is a “fast-time” course. The race will be a part of the “Run & See Georgia Grand Prix” series.

Marietta Square
From Atlanta
Take I-75 North to exit 263 (old exit number 112). Follow (West Bound) to Marietta. This road becomes South Marietta Parkway 120 S. Loop. Follow West about 5 miles to Atlanta Street, turn right. Marietta Square is 2 blocks ahead.
From Kennesaw, Cartersville or Chattanooga
Take I-75 South to exit 267B (old exit number 114B). Follow ramp to Highway 5 (Marietta, Smyrna) Road becomes Church Street. Follow road about 2 1/2 miles to Marietta Square.
From Dallas, Georgia
Take Dallas Highway East past Ridgeway (Barrett). Road becomes Whitlock Avenue. Continue East about 4 1/2 miles crossing S. Marietta Parkway. Marietta Square is just ahead 1 block.
