We'll have music, cheering volunteers, and several points along the course to keep your spirits high, and keep your energy up.

Water will be located just past the 2 mile mark, and approximately every 1.5 miles thereafter. Each stop after mile 4 will have energy drink as well. Aid stations after mile 7 will also have pretzels, bananas, and other items. There will be several points along the course with port-a-potties.

Location change from last year!! Still an out and back on a flat course.

Races start and finish at the track at Fowler Park, 4110 Carolene Way, Cumming, GA 30040. The race course is on the Big Creek Greenway (Concrete / Boardwalk Greenway), Forsyth County, Georgia. The Big Creek Greenway is a 12 foot wide concrete and boardwalk path winding through the woods along Big Creek.

In order to maintain a safe course, and have an awards ceremony before the morning ends, the course will officially close 4 hours after the race starts. Any participants still on the course will need to move to the sidewalks
