About the Race
St. Simons Christian School is hosting the “Under the Oaks” 10K Challenge on beautiful
St Simons Island! Btag/Chip timing provided by Zulu Racing and every 10K-5K race day
participant will receive a Zorrel Dri-Balance T-shirt and a grab bag full of goodies and special
offers from our sponsors. Our awesome sponsors will be representing themselves with company
information and MORE giveaways during the event! An amazing family fun event packed with food,
music, games and prizes. The course runs along the beautiful and scenic bike routes starting at
Frederica Park and running “Under the Oaks” to Marsh’s edge and back.

The 2011 Under The Oaks 10K race is LIMITED to 1000 participants. When race sells out it is closed. We cannot promise Race Day registration so please register early to reserve your spot! Please pick up your race packets and bib at the Frederica Park located on Lawrence Rd.

Late registration and packet pick up will take place on Friday, September 23, 2011 from 5-8pm

Everyone who participates on race day will receive the official technical T-shirt of this year's race and a goodie bag with additional gifts and special offers at the finish line.

Awards
10K Challenge Run: Top Overall Male and Top Overall Female, Overall Male & Female Masters (Over 40), Top Male & Female Wheelchair, Top Male & Female Military Active or Veteran, Top Service Worker, Top Team Challenge (based on averaged time of team)

10K and 5K Runs: Top three males and females in each of the following age groups:
8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60-Over.

1 Mile Family Fun Run/Roll* – participant ribbons
